Senior Data Integration & Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay: $70/hr, W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Integration & Business Analyst to support large-scale data initiatives within an investment banking and capital markets environment. This role will partner closely with technology teams, data engineers, and senior business stakeholders to drive data integration efforts, support long-term transformation programs, and ensure business and technical alignment across complex initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep financial services experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional teams and leadership groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to enterprise-scale data integration and data transformation initiatives within investment banking and capital markets
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
• Create and maintain detailed process flow diagrams and data flow diagrams to support solution design and implementation
• Facilitate discussions with complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups, including senior leaders and executives
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide ongoing support for multi-year data transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Agile project management tools and reporting artifacts
• Ensure clear communication and documentation across teams to support transparency and delivery success

• 5+ years of experience in data integration, business analysis, or data project support within financial services
• Strong experience working in investment banking or capital markets environments
• Proven ability to work with complex data sets and enterprise data platforms
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, multi-year data transformation programs
• Strong experience creating process flows and data flow documentation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
