Job Title: Junior Owned Social Analyst
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 month contract (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $28/hour W2
This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

We're seeking a Junior Social Analyst to join our in-house analytics services team and help turn social media data into actionable insights that drive brand strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with senior analysts and brand social leads for a leading automotive brand, supporting multiple channels by analyzing owned social performance, building reports, and creating executive-ready presentations.

What You'll Do:

  • Pull, clean, and consolidate social media data across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, and more
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and templates in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analyze performance trends, track KPIs, and translate data into clear insights for content, creative, and channel strategy
  • Support ad hoc reporting for campaigns, launches, and tentpole moments
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and brand teams to synthesize data into executive-ready presentations
  • Contribute to holistic reporting by integrating owned, earned, and paid social insights
  • Identify high-performing content, trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable recommendations
Who We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in social media analytics, with a focus on owned social channels
  • Experience reporting and analyzing performance across multiple platforms and native analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Insights)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, data cleaning, consolidation) and experience creating reports and presentations in PowerPoint
  • Experience with social listening tools ( Brandwatch preferred)
  • Background in brand or agency environments, ideally in automotive or tech
  • Attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about social media trends, brand storytelling, and analytics
