Job Qualifications

One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.

If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Major Duties

Assists in managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
