Role Overview:
Seeking a senior-level UKG Pro consultant with deep experience in at least two of the following ancillary modules: HRSD (People Assist/Doc Manager), Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Business Intelligence. Ideal candidate demonstrates ability to lead post-live optimization, stabilization, and complex issue resolution across multi-module environments.
Experience in two or more preferred; deep expertise in one and working knowledge of another considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-live stabilization and optimization support across assigned ancillary modules
• Lead configuration updates, troubleshooting, and enhancement initiatives
• Support complex multi-module client environments
• Identify cross-module impacts (security, workflow, reporting, integrations)
• Conduct system health reviews and recommend optimization strategies
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions
• Participate in internal knowledge transfer and documentation efforts
• Support expansion opportunities and recurring revenue initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UKG Pro consulting experience
• Hands-on configuration expertise in at least two of the following preferred:
• HRSD (People Assist / Case Management)
• Talent Acquisition
• Learning
• Business Intelligence
• Experience supporting post-live client environments
• Ability to independently manage client relationships
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Experience in multi-module system environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
