A major foodservice distribution warehouse in Hawaiʻi is hiring Warehouse Selectors (Order Pickers) to support daily operations. This is an essential role in the supply chain, helping prepare and build customer orders that supply restaurants, schools, hotels, and businesses throughout the community.

Your Contribution & Impact

Order Selecting:
Pick and build customer orders accurately for delivery.

Pallet Building:
Organize and palletize product to meet daily order requirements.

Equipment Operation:
Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift to move product efficiently.

Warehouse Support:
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Temperature-Based Work:
Work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas depending on the product being selected.

Safety Compliance:
Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Attributes for Success

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 0-1 year relevant work experience accepted
• Able to lift 10-75 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs as needed)
• Able to reach up to 72 inches
• Able to bend, twist, and work physically throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer)
• Able to work on your feet for 10-12 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
• 1 year warehouse, military, or physically active work experience
• 1 year selection/order picking experience
