Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, passengers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site personnel and local authorities as directed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.; Support access control by checking identification and/or credentials, monitoring entrances and restricted areas, and directing individuals to proper screening and check-in points as needed.; Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports, document security-related observations, and communicate updates to supervision per post orders.
