Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to support our client on a federal program. This is a 100% remote role and requires an active Top Secret clearance. The position will work with innovative digital adoption solutions including the integration and optimization of WalkMe within enterprise application environments. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience developing and integrating with WalkMe
• Experience supporting applications by integrating WalkMe into existing systems and testing efforts
• Ability to start at 9am EST regardless of time zone

• Familiarity with large enterprise systems such as HR platforms, CRMs, or government systems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical recommendation skills
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders during testing and validation

• Support development and integration of WalkMe within an existing application environment
• Assist with system integration and application testing activities
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders during testing and validation efforts
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical recommendations
• Ensure integration aligns with system requirements and performance expectations
