Business Analyst 2

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering.
Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

Requirements:

• 7 years' experience in requirements gathering and testing of web-based applications.
• 5 years' experience in performing data analysis from databases using SQLs
• 5 years of experience in creating mock-ups for user interfaces.
• 5 years' experience creating requirement traceability matrix.
• 5 years of experience writing test cases and test scripts.
• 5 years of experience in testing batch jobs and web services.
• Agile Development Methodologies experience is preferred
