Real Estate Agent Bilingual Training Leads Coaching Provided

Massachusetts and New Hampshire

Chinatti Realty Group is hiring bilingual licensed real estate agents to serve a diverse and growing client base across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want structure, real support, and a clear system designed to help them close transactions consistently.

We provide structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, weekly buyer and listing training, and optional company generated leads supported by an in house inside sales team that books appointments directly on your calendar. Agents maintain independence while benefiting from strong backend support, transaction coordination, and leadership access.

We stand behind our system. If you follow our training and process and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a 500 dollar check. This is not a sign on bonus. It is accountability on both sides. Licensed agents in Massachusetts or New Hampshire are encouraged to apply. Confidential conversations are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

Qualifications

• Organized and manages time effectively
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Great communication and social skills
