Real Estate Agent Sales and Listings Training Leads Coaching Provided

Chinatti Realty Group is hiring licensed real estate agents focused on both buyer and listing sales. We believe agents do not struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle when they are not given a clear system, consistent training, and accessible leadership. Our brokerage was built to provide that structure.

Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced Realtor looking to grow your production, we provide structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, optional company generated leads, weekly buyer and listing training, and full transaction coordination support. Agents maintain independence while benefiting from strong backend systems and professional leadership.

We stand behind our training and process. If you follow our system and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a 500 dollar check. This is not a sign on bonus. It is accountability on both sides. Headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Licensed agents in Massachusetts or New Hampshire are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly

Qualifications

• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Team player who believes their success is the team's success
