Ross Stores - 74-5454 Makala Blvd - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible, safe and secure environment for customers and associates at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Greet customers with eye contact and a friendly manner to deter theft and provide excellent customer service; Monitor store entrances/exits and sales floor for suspicious behavior and identify theft indicators; Collaborate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize operational shortage and ensure adherence to loss prevention directives; Train and educate store associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures
