Allied Universal - Up to $24.46/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an airport location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical situations, and alarms, and communicate updates to site leadership and public agency partners as directed; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, curbside areas, parking structures, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and restricted areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying credentials or authorization as required, and documenting observations in activity reports; Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and policy violations, and assist with crowd direction and queue management during peak travel periods as needed
