Position Overview

This position will be responsible for the definition and development of a robust QA environment and best practices for Meduit. This QA Engineer position will focus on a variety of responsibilities, which are part of our Agile development cycle. You will contribute to a high quality, end user experience, to isolate any issues so that the focus can be on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing test plans that will put our products through rigorous unit and production level tests
• Writes, executes and maintains test automation; acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) experience is a plus.
• Develops quality assurance standards; adheres to and promotes quality standards.
• Defines, tracks and reports quality assurance metrics such as defect recidivism, defect densities and open defect counts.
• Provide work, policy, and design guidance to less experienced personnel, act as mentor to QA staff

Essential Skills

• Strong working knowledge with a relational data base like MySQL and MariaDB
• Working knowledge of AWS and .Net/VB.Net
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot and Angular
• Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Experience with Jira/Confluence Scrum collaboration tools
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Win and UNIX/Linux

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2-4 years of experience Software Testing
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical, financial, administrative or departmental experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

Additional Information

• Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
• Location: Remote
• Anticipated start date: 03/16/2026
• Background check: As a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conducted
