Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst - CRM/CPQ Data Operations

Primary Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Position Type: 6-month Contract (possibility to extend) W2

Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Sr. Business Analyst (CRM/CPQ Data Operations). This is a contract role based in Vancouver, WA with hybrid onsite expectations. The reason this position exists is to provide hands-on CRM and CPQ data operations support during a business separation, acting as operational support for external stakeholders who will lose system access.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
• 5+ years of experience in CRM and CPQ support or data operations
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (certification preferred, not required)
• CPQ experience (Oracle CPQ preferred, other CPQs accepted)
• Experience managing CRM data including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes
• Strong Excel skills for data uploads, tracking, and management
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders on live calls and screen shares
• Reliable delivery on daily operational tasks
• Experience working in structured, process-driven environments

What You'll Do (Skills Used in This Position)
• Push CRM and CPQ data into central shared locations
• Pull data into internal systems using intake requests and case workflows
• Perform manual data entry into CRM and CPQ systems
• Process CPQ quotes and submit for approvals
• Support live screen-share sessions with external users
• Maintain data accuracy across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes
• Manage Excel files related to data intake and uploads
• Support daily operational data management activities

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $40- $55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
