• Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP security practices and authorization concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP backup and recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:
• Prior Navy or DoD experience preferred.
• Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, & other SAP solution.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP security practices and authorization concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP backup and recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mandatory Skills
SAP BASIS administration (installations, upgrades, patching)
SAP system troubleshooting & performance tuning
SAP security & authorization management
SAP backup, recovery, and system monitoring
Experience supporting enterprise SAP landscapes (multi-system environments)

Preferred Skills
Prior Navy or DoD experience
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP BASIS / NetWeaver / S/4HAN
Experience with SAP solution landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, Solution Manager)
Experience in regulated or government environments
