KēSTA is seeking a Recruiter for a great opportunity with one of our Clients.

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months (Minimum) - Potential for extension or Full-Time conversion

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as an embedded talent partner. This isn't a traditional "seat-filling" role; you will be a strategic advisor responsible for scaling a high-performance team.

Your primary focus will be on the "hard-to-fill" technical core of the industry You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to speak the language of the field while maintaining the operational excellence required for corporate talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from initial intake with hiring managers to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond job boards to identify and engage passive talent in the commercial construction space using advanced Boolean, networking, and industry-specific headhunting.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Project Executives and VPs, providing market insights and managing expectations on candidate availability and compensation.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-touch, "white-glove" experience for candidates, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the process.
  • Mentorship: Share best practices and industry-specific sourcing strategies with the broader recruiting team.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Specifically recruiting within the Commercial Construction industry.
  • The "Hybrid" Background: A mix of Agency (External) experience, where you learned the hustle and headhunting, and Corporate (Internal) experience, where you learned process and culture alignment.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Loxo, Greenhouse, or Lever) and advanced LinkedIn Sourcing.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • The PM Specialist: You have a proven track record of placing Commercial Project Managers.
  • Network-Driven: You have an existing "rolodex" of construction professionals in the Intermountain West or national markets.
  • Resilience: You thrive in the fast-paced, high-urgency world of construction where timelines are critical and the talent market is highly competitive.
