Senior HRIS Analyst

Description:

Adecco is hiring for a HRIS Analyst position in Stratford, CT! If you have HRIS experience and computer skills, this could be the perfect opportunity to join a dynamic team and help keep operations running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step into a global environment, manage system enhancements, and ensure stable, accurate HR operations with minimal rampup time.

Pay Rate: S35/hr

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Configure and support core Workday modules, including Talent, Security, and Business Processes.
  • Manage and optimize Workday Time & Attendance, including complex regional rules (EMEA experience a plus).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, and identify root causes with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR operations.
  • Build, manage, and maintain reports and queries to support business and HR partners.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across Workday and integrated systems.
  • Translate business needs into functional Workday configurations while communicating in clear, nontechnical terms.
  • Support new features and processes through documentation, testing, and stakeholder enablement.
At a minimum, you'll need:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on handson configuration.
  • Proven experience supporting modules such as Talent, Security, Business Processes, and/or Time & Attendance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to quickly onboard into an inprogress project and deliver immediate value.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining data accuracy and overall system integrity.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, projectdriven environment.
It'd be great if you also have:
  • Experience supporting global Time & Attendance, especially within EMEA.
  • Background working in complex, global organizations.
  • Experience recommending and implementing system or process improvements.
  • Strong documentation, testing, and stakeholderenablement skills.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per week
