What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide administrative support including developing and maintaining project databases and virtual rolodex
• Organize virtual meetings and serve as a point of contact for project inquiries
• Track project activities and coordinate logistics to meet deliverables
• Draft communications such as emails and social media posts, and update the website
• Oversee vendor services and resolve issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong time-management and effective communication skills
• Ability to independently deliver organized and high-quality results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Knowledge or strong interest in law, public health, and/or health equity
• Experience with website management
• Factual and direct style of communication
