Location: Remote (Work from Home)


Schedule/Hours of Operation:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MST)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MST)
    (Shifts may vary based on business needs.)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Remote Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or CRM tools during scheduled shifts.
  • Resolve product/service issues by clarifying concerns, researching answers, and escalating when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting, account setup, or billing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to improve service.
  • Meet performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work within the posted hours of operation, including weekends.
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (remote experience a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal/written communication.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and remote collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
    • Problem-solving and patience in handling complaints.
  • Tech Requirements: High-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a reliable computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multilingual abilities.
