Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MST)
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MST) (Shifts may vary based on business needs.)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Remote Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat, or social media. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or CRM tools during scheduled shifts.
Resolve product/service issues by clarifying concerns, researching answers, and escalating when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
Guide customers through troubleshooting, account setup, or billing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to improve service.
Meet performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available to work within the posted hours of operation, including weekends.
Experience: 1+ year in customer service (remote experience a plus).
Skills:
Excellent verbal/written communication.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and remote collaboration software (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Problem-solving and patience in handling complaints.
Tech Requirements: High-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a reliable computer.
