Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary:$1,500 - 1,700 USD/month depending on experience paid via direct deposit

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, with a 30 minute lunch

Job Overview:

Our client believes the customer experience is just as important as the quality of their plumbing services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people, takes ownership of every interaction, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role serves as the first impression of the company. You will be responsible for building trust, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and confident in their decision to work with our client. This is not simply a phone-answering position-it is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through genuine care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and urgency, creating an exceptional first impression
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently while prioritizing urgency, geography, and technician availability
  • Act as the primary point of communication between customers and technicians to ensure a seamless experience
  • Dispatch technicians in real time, optimizing routes and adjusting schedules throughout the day as needed
  • Monitor technician progress and proactively communicate arrival times, delays, and updates to customers
  • Demonstrate empathy and care when customers are dealing with stressful plumbing issues
  • Ensure technicians have accurate job details, customer expectations, and necessary information before arriving on-site
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with field staff to keep operations running smoothly
  • Problem-solve scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and last-minute changes with a calm and solutions-focused mindset
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer and job records in the CRM system
  • Support revenue and efficiency goals by maximizing technician productivity and schedule utilization
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and the overall customer experience
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care at all times
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (home services experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to grow
