Remote part-time and full-time hour positions available for a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will focus on responding to a queue of customer service tickets. This is a customer service position that requires strong written communication skills.

Various shifts available.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
  • Look up and track customer orders and research customer loyalty account inquiries.
  • Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written communication skills via email .
  • Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills (working multiple tickets and issues)
  • Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
  • Must be reliable and dependable
