A leading services organization is seeking a new Service Desk Technician to join their staff Remotely and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for end users.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for computer-related issues
Documenting and resolving customer problems
Updating the knowledge base with solutions
Diagnosing and guiding users through step-by-step solutions
Providing troubleshooting support for IT issues
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment
High School Diploma / GED
Extensive knowledge of MS Office
Experience with a ticketing system
Familiarity with technical infrastructure
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
Associate's Degree in IT or related field
CompTIA A+/Security+ certifications
ServiceNow experience
