Job Description
Our client is looking for a TOSCA certified automation engineer who has experience to Lead automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance (GxP, FDA). Client is looking for Pharma / BioTech domain inbackground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation strategy and delivery across SAP implementation projects, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Partner with project managers, business analysts, and QA leads to define testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Govern and oversee the execution of automated testing across SAP Fiori, GUI, ECC and S/4HANA.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA and pharma/biotech regulatory standards in all testing activities.
• Drive automation enablement in CI/CD environments ( Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Manage reporting, defect governance, and overall quality assurance for delivery projects.
• Mentor and provide direction to Tosca automation engineers, ensuring project alignment and capability building.

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience with a strong background in SAP delivery projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca in SAP test automation leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of regulated pharma/biotech environments and GxP compliance.
• Tricentis Tosca certifications ( S1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2) required.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines ( Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and test management tools ( Jira, Xray).
