Job Title: Steel Deburrer
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (OT as needed until 4:00 PM)
Start Date: Monday, 1/12/26
Looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? Join a dynamic fabrication shop that manufactures steel parts for the gaming industry as a Steel Deburrer in Eugene, OR, and make an impact every day.
As a Steel Deburrer, you'll play a vital role in transforming raw steel components into finished, high-quality parts. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency in every piece you work on.
What You'll Do:
As a Steel Deburrer, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing a DA sander to achieve smooth, finished surfaces on metal parts
- Tapping and deburring parts to remove sharp edges and ensure safety and quality
- Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior experience handling power and hand tools in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
- Knowledge of metal finishing and deburring processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills to work well with team members
- Reliable work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality
