In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacations, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Provide destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
• No prior travel industry experience required, training and certification provided
