Overview

Accounts Payable Specialist position with a global professional services company in New York, NY. The work schedule is highly remote (1-2 days in the office). Hours are typically 40 per week. This is a growth, M&A driven role focusing on AI and Robotic Process Automation(RPA) within a tech-forward finance and accounting department.

• Aging, write-offs
• Tax levies
• Data entry
• Chargebacks

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Willing to consider entry-level candidates
• Accounts Payable experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• ERP experience, including cloud-based ERPs, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the range the employer reasonably believes would be paid at posting for this role. The final pay may be more or less than this range and is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
