Job Details

Maintain professional appearance. Process customer reservations for golf course guests. Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in process. Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed. Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained. Issues receipts for guest purchases. Takes messages for staff or guests. Assists in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day. Assists with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed. Performs marshal duties as needed. Performs clean-up and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
