Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative / Specialty Equipment - Remote
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced, Bilingual French, Customer Service Representatives to support our client's Specialty Equipment business unit. This fully remote role focuses on processing insurance-related documentation, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing inbound documents, supporting customers and policyholders through phone and email, and resolving inquiries related to insurance documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates must reside in one of the following focus areas: Utah: Salt Lake City / Murray - Florida: Tampa / St. Petersburg / Clearwater - Arizona: Phoenix / Mesa / Chandler - Texas: Dallas - Idaho: Coeur d'Alene (CDA) area - Northern Idaho - Not eligible: California, New York, New Jersey.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
Shifts Available: Three openings:

  • 2nd Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
  • Process incoming insurance documents and enter customer information accurately into internal systems.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to address customer inquiries and complete follow-up tasks.
  • Review, respond to, and document customer correspondence received through email service channels.
  • Research and resolve simple to moderately complex customer concerns in real time; escalate advanced issues to senior staff as appropriate.
  • Determine effective methods for resolving customer issues while adhering to company policies and service standards.
  • Coordinate resolutions with necessary internal and external departments.
  • Document and update customer records based on all interactions.
  • Prioritize daily responsibilities to meet business objectives and production timelines.
  • Participate in team initiatives and provide feedback to enhance processes and customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Generally, a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Contact Center experience, with a focus on data entry, email, and/or live chat service .
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient keyboard skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast?paced environment
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
