We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll / HR Specialist to support our payroll operations and human resources functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor and payroll laws.
The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, and comfortable working with sensitive information. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, as well as a hybrid work environment after onboarding.
Salary Range: $75,000 $85,000 annually (based on experience and role type)
Annual Bonus: Typically 10% 20% of base salary, performance-based
Hybrid work model (combination of remote and on-site work)
Full-time and part-time schedules available
Standard business hours with some flexibility depending on role needs
