What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the escalation point for disputed charges, ensuring accurate account data
• Research and resolve non-routine billing questions and discrepancies
• Prepare correspondence to follow up with internal and external parties
• Close accounts for non-payment and manage container removal processes
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and local billing requirements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of eighteen months related billing experience
• Direct experience working with customers in a billing function in a service-based industry
