JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Quality Assurance Manager for VOA Recovery is responsible for overseeing quality and compliance across all VOA Recovery programs, including residential programs in Louisville, Southeast Kentucky, and Owensboro. This role ensures adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager collaborates with program leadership to analyze data, implement corrective actions, and maintain high standards of client care and safety.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Expertise in compliance monitoring and corrective action planning and policy development. Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills. Quality or compliance-related certifications preferred.
