Telamon-TRC has taken steps to shift ourorganization into a Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) model. This changes ourperceptions about the individuals that we work with, employees and customers,including families and children. A trauma-informed system of care providesservices that empower employees and customers, including families and children,to feel safe, welcomed and engaged at all levels of organizational interaction.Exchanges that could be potentially retraumatizing, or trigger traumaticreactions require thoughtfulness and non-judgement. Ongoing, as anorganization, we collaborate to educate employees about the effects ofviolence, victimization and trauma on individuals. This model supports aculture of safety for employees and customers, including families and children.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for traditional and digital content marketing and acquisition marketing for Telamon|TRC. Responsible for overseeing and executing the aspects of Social Media Marketing to promote Telamon|TRC programs. Effectively collaborates with the Marketing department and local program staff to plan and carry out traditional and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and promote program services. Works with Telamon|TRC leadership to establish and maintain electronic photo and content catalogs and other organizational systems allowing access to current and past marketing content. Analyzes web metrics.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Social Media Strategy Development

a. Use the competencies gained from education, as well as prior marketing experience to roll out a social media strategy for the programs, aligning with the company's goals and branding.

b. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of social media marketing efforts and adjust strategies as appropriate for increased effectiveness.

2. Content Creation and Scheduling

a. Create consistent, engaging and high-quality content (such as text, images, videos, flyers, ads and other graphics) that resonate with Telamon I TRC's target audience.

b. Develop a content calendar and schedule posts across Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn and more other approved social media platforms.

3. Community Engagement and Management

a. Monitor Facebook and one or more additional social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to increase awareness, engagement and enrollment into Telamon|TRC Programs.

b. Foster a sense of community and engagement among our followers.

c. Increase the number of followers to set goal.

4. Audience Research

a. Use audience insights and feedback from leadership and Telamon|TRC team members to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.

5. Analytics and Reporting

a. Provide periodic analysis of the performance of social media efforts.

b. Prepare quarterly reports that detail key metrics, trends, and the impact of social media on our company's overall marketing strategy and engagement/referrals.

6. Development of Marketing Materials

a. Develop and create marketing materials (ie, flyers, brochures, handouts, presentations, etc.) in support of the various program efforts

b. Content would be created using both Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

7. Remain Current with Trends

a. Continuously implement best marketing practices and innovative strategies

8. Collaboration and Communication

a. Work closely with the marketing and/or leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.

b. Collaborate with team members, customers and other players to create compelling content, to include participation in virtual and meetings-may include limited and infrequent in-person meetings.

9. Compliance

a. Ensure that all traditional and digital marketing and/or advertising activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including data protection and copyright regulations.

10. Performs all other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thisposition has no direct supervisory duties but is expected to train or explainwork procedures to others.

ROLEQUALIFICATIONS:

Education and ExperienceRequirements:
• ABachelor's Degree is required. A communication or mark ting degree ispreferred.
• Acombination of three years of experience in marketing and communications.
• Nonprofitsector experience is preferred.
• Communicationsexperience that demonstrates a blend of programmatic and strategic level accomplishment.
• Abilityto coach and support operations employees and managers as implementers of theTelamon-TRC brand.

Background Checks:

Positions that Require Driving:
• TelamonCorporation / TRC employees that are required to drive a personal vehicle forwork-related duties are to meet the auto insurance liability requirement. Theminimum limits required are $100,000 each person bodily injury, $300,000 eachaccident bodily injury and $50,000 property damage. The insurance liability requirement coversuse of an employee's personal vehicle.
• TelamonCorporation/TRC employees that drive a company-owned/rental vehicle mustmaintain a satisfactory annual motor vehicle record check.
• Musthave own transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
