Project Description

The project is working on the Grand Central Next Gen project; Grand Central is built on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and is used to manage business with partners and Client
Companies. For example, which products does each partner sell (or will sell) for the company, in which state(s). Grand Central also has an integration to Appian for workflows.

Task Description

Sr. BA basics such as conducting requirements gathering sessions, writing user stories and backlogs, strong communication and problem solving skills, ability to take initiative while also working well as a team.

Required working experience & education

• Work experience in years 8-10 years Sr. BA experience.
• Education Level - Bachelor of Science (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills and qualifications

Technical Must have
1. Experience with Agile methodologies and the entire SDLC process
2. Experience with Requirements Management tool, such as Azure DevOps or similar tool
3. Proficient with MS Office Products

Technical Nice to have
1. Experience with MS Dynamics is a huge plus
2. Experience with workflow management tools, such as Visio or Adonis is also a plus
3. Experience with PowerBI would also be a plus

Nice to have

• Some P&C insurance knowledge
• Azure Dev Ops (agile tool)

Additional information
Remote candidate is fine but they would like onshore so person will be in similar time zone to work with business customers on any given day.
