Designs, builds, tests, and supports application and integration solutions, including coordination of system migrations, user training, and ongoing customer support (including troubleshooting). This role involves indepth analysis of enduser workflows and requires a strong understanding of software functionality and maintenance needs to effectively support and manage the electronic environment across assigned service lines. The position collaborates closely with operational leaders and crossfunctional teams to ensure system stability and to drive continuous optimization and improvement initiatives
