In this role, you will build products that power the post-purchase experience for the biggest brands in the retail industry. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will have a direct impact on our customer-facing products and work with modern technologies like Java, NodeJS, Python, React, and GraphQL to ship complex features that drive millions of views./ppstrongDay-to-day/strong/ppstrongFrontend Development (Primary Focus)/strong/pulliImplement new product features support/extend existing ones/liliBuild frontend platform components leveraged across our internal, external products and ecommerce storefronts like Shopify, Salesforce etc/liliContribute to our overall architecture and maintain code quality standards by partnering with other senior engineers/liliWork with product and design teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional UI components/li/ulpstrongBackend Development (Secondary Focus)/strong/pulliContribute to development and maintenance of backend services using Golang, Node.js/liliUnderstanding of google cloud platform (GCP), CI/CD and be able to deploy code and infrastructure components/liliWork with databases like postgres, spanner, bigquery/liliUnderstand and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs/li/ulpstrongWhat Were Looking For/strong/pulliYou have a BS/MS in computer science, information systems, or equivalent/liliYou have 10+ years of experience building reliable, scalable, and high-quality systems/liliExperience in building consumer facing applications with a frontend framework(s), such as React (preferable), Svelte Angular, Vue or Ember/liliExperience building well-designed software with NodeJS or Golang/liliExperience developing consumer facing applications consuming various APIs from a microservice backend system/liliExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus./liliKnowledge of full development life cycle and computer science fundamentals/liliStrong focus on code quality and code reviews/liliExperience with mentoring other engineers/liliPrevious startup experience strongly preferred with growth and product engineering mindset/li/ulpstrongWhy Narvar?/strong/ppWere on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers.
