From marketers and strategists to financial analysts and data engineers, and so much more, were all passionate about crafting a world where children, families, and organizations can thrive./ppWe are seeking a Product Manager, People Labor Operations, to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products supporting our people, workforce, and labor operations, with Workday HCM as the primary platform. As Product Manager, youll be responsible for owning and maintaining the Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, including definition of user stories and acceptance criteria and working directly with internal and external partners to successfully deliver value./ppThis is a product management rolenot a configuration or system administration role. The Product Manager is expected to think holistically about People Labor operations, understand end-to-end business processes, and lead prioritization and decision-making across initiatives that may span multiple products and systems over time./ppWorkday modules in scope include Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Core HCM./ph2Key Responsibilities:/h2ulliDevelop and manage the Workday roadmap in alignment with business goals./liliCollaborate with leadership and module leads to implement a cohesive Workday strategic plan./liliWork with internal partners to understand business problem statements, prioritize these needs based on business impact and convert them into initiatives/liliMonitor Workday platform updates and guide the adoption of new features./liliEnsure end-to-end process standardization across all Workday modules./liliImplement and maintain data governance procedures for accuracy, consistency, and compliance./liliCoordinate platform-level change management, ensuring consistency and alignment across all modules./liliAssess value on Workday investments, ensuring enhancements and expansions deliver maximum value./liliCollaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with corporate security policies./liliLead the product team managing Workday HR portfolio./liliFoster cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective utilization of Workday across the organization./liliManage, prioritize, and quickly assess the business impact of defects, and promote built-in quality throughout the development process/li/ulh2Qualifications:/h2ulliMinimum of 5 years in digital product management or related fields, with extensive HRIS experience./liliProven leadership in leading complex HRIS technology initiatives across multiple collaborators./liliExperience in business requirements gathering and best-practice HRIS configuration./liliExperience operating at a senior level, communicating with executives and vendor partners./liliAbility to collaborate across functions and lead teams toward strategic outcomes./liliStrong decision-making skills balancing risk, speed, and long-term value./liliSuperior analytical and problem-solving skills./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences./liliAgile mindset, with experience in Agile frameworks for product management./li/ulh2Preferred Qualifications:/h2ulliWorkday HCM Pro certification./liliExperience with local HRIS systems and their integration with global platforms./liliBackground in leading change management initiatives./li/ulpOur benefits meet you where you are.
