Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations across internal accounting data systems, researching discrepancies and resolving variances as necessary.

• Identify and pursue process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with internal and external customers to improve service levels and ensure business needs are consistently met.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within general ledger accounts related to assigned areas of responsibility.

• Provide recommendations to management to optimize production efficiencies; assist in implementing process standards and streamlining workflows.

• Lead or support activities related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including system integrations and process alignment.

• Collect, analyze, and prepare metrics and reporting for the supported business unit.

• Review offshore production work against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying issues related to quality, turnaround time, and productivity, and present actionable solutions to management.

• Perform transactional exception processing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• Strong critical thinking abilities, using logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions, conclusions, and alternative approaches.

• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues, review relevant information, and implement effective solutions.

• Foundational understanding of accounting and finance principles, with the ability to apply them within daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems while driving appropriate solutions.

• Experience facilitating meetings with highlevel, crossfunctional teams.

• Experience working with mainframe systems; Oracle experience strongly preferred.

Pay Details: $28.57 per hour
