• Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls positively and effectively
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders, including processing returns and credits
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and assist in creating marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience with data entry and ERP systems
• Retail industry experience is a plus
