Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor access and support.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with standard working hours.
  • May require occasional overtime during peak periods or events.
