As a Pbx Operator, you will be responsible for responding to all incoming calls promptly and with utmost courtesy dispatching guest or owners needs and requests to all appropriate departments. Provides professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners and team members displaying excellent knowledge of the product, property and overall company.

Schedule Details : Our Front Office Department operates 24/7 days. The shift is 8 hours with 30 minutes of break-time and needs to be full availability between 6 am 11 pm, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephone calls and connects them to their appropriate extensions.
  • Expedites guests' and owners' requests and concerns to departments, ensuring completion and follow-up to guests' satisfaction.
  • Ensures follow-up logs are completed.
  • Assists in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests, and mail delivery.
  • Maintains any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists, and/or reports.
  • Assist with other departments as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Prior switchboard experience
