About the Role: We are seeking a QA Analyst to support quality assurance efforts across streaming and AI-driven product experiences. This role is ideal for a QA professional who is building strong fundamentals in manual testing, developing exposure to automation and AI-assisted QA tools, and learning how to test modern streaming products at scale. You will work closely with senior QA analysts, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure reliable, user-focused releases across web, mobile, and connected TV platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual test cases for streaming features, playback flows, and user-facing experiences across supported platforms
Create, maintain, and update clear, concise manual test cases and test documentation in test management tools
Validate product functionality against requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria
Identify, reproduce, and log defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, and expected vs. actual results
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable across releases
Follow established QA and release processes to ensure adequate test coverage and timely execution
Communicate testing status, risks, and blockers to QA leads and cross-functional partners
Collaborate with engineers to clarify defects and verify fixes
Partner with product managers to understand feature intent and user journeys
Identify and flag potential user pain points discovered during manual testing
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or a related technical role
Foundational understanding of manual QA methodologies
Familiarity with bug tracking and test case management tools
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills
Eagerness to learn automation, streaming QA concepts, and AI-assisted testing approaches
Nice to Have:
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
Basic understanding of streaming platforms, mobile apps, or web applications
Introductory scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript)
Interest in AI-driven features, personalization systems, or data-informed products
