Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 43,200.00 - 64,800.00
Job Title: Customer Service Representative - RMA
Come join our Client Experience team as a Customer Service Representative! As a member of our team, you will use active listening to engage with customers and help solve their problems. You will provide support to customers and distributorsfor Fluke Biomedical, Radiation, and Raysafe products. We are a team who values and encourages and values, teamwork, problem solving, and growth and development - come join us!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and document all customer complaints and ensureappropriate actions are taken for problem resolution for Return Material Authorizations (RMA).
- Resolve customer emails and phone calls (55+/day) to set up RMAs for service units, provided status updates of RMAs, or support general customer inquiries.
- Review customer Purchase Orders via email for data entry into Oracle Software.
- Review inaccurate data for customer service orders and follow up with the customer to clarify items such as, payment method or model type.
- Starting/End time is, 8:00 am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays and overtime may be required. Ability to flex schedule to accommodate meetings will be required and to provide coverage before or after scheduled shift. Schedules subject to change based on business and client needs.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient with Word & Excel
- Experience working in a role that required a strong attention to detail
- Able to sit at a workstation facing a computer for extended periods of time
- Prior experience with Oracle a plus
- Associates degree, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Able to learn quickly
- Works well independently or collaboratively with a team
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction using established policies, guidelines, written & verbal procedures, and instructions.
