Job Summary:

TLC Care Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team of professionals providing in-home care services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities in the Kailua-Kona area. As a Caregiver with TLC Care Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients, while being part of a supportive and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
3. Encourage independence and promote healthy living habits
4. Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care
6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Compassionate and patient individual with a strong desire to work with seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Ability to lift, transfer, and ambulate clients safely and securely
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

• Work in a variety of settings, including private homes, apartments, and assisted living facilities
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes
