Description:

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Process Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Remote, Wisconsin.

Duties:

  • Partner with the North America Consumer IBP core team to build IBP capabilities and enable effective collaboration
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including cross-functional workshop facilitation, milestone and timeline development, and preparation of executive-level materials and readouts
  • Design and implement standardized IBP processes across the CBR and DR steps, including continuous improvement initiatives and governance routines
  • Define and operationalize escalation thresholds, improving the identification, documentation, and utilization of risks and opportunities within the IBP cycle
  • Strengthen integration between commercial inputs, demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecasting to enable more aligned and actionable plans
  • Drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and forecast bias through the use of data analytics, scenario planning, and range-based forecasting techniques
  • Optimize the Commercial Brand Review (CBR) process to ensure high-quality commercial inputs and strong alignment with Demand Review outcomes
  • Support change management efforts by building capability, reinforcing best practices, and driving adoption of standardized IBP processes across cross-functional teams
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in business consulting, demand planning, sales forecasting, or S&OP/IBP process transformation
  • Deep knowledge of IBP/S&OP frameworks and demand forecasting principles
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance processes within an IBP environment
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions without direct authority
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams
  • Track record of success in change management, capability building, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments

The approximate pay range for this position is between $63.00 and $90.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
