Production Assistant

Position Description
Assist and support the production process by handling materials, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Roles Responsibilities
1. Assist in batch making and batch filling processes
2. Dump powder bags into mixers/tanks as per instructions
3. Perform floor cleaning and general housekeeping duties
4. Pressure wash vessels and equipment
5. Carry out painting work (walls, pipes, and other areas as assigned)
6. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
7. Support other production tasks as directed by the supervisor

Skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (powder bags, hoses, equipment)
• Comfortable working around chemicals and powders (PPE provided)
• Must follow instructions accurately and work in a team environment
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Flexible to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Safety-conscious and dependable
