Job Details

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $85-100/hr
Location: 100% REMOTE (must overlap with support team in India)

Project Overview:

• Migration of an existing platform to a new, proprietary system.
• Requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, ideally at Associate Director or Director level.
• Track record of managing multiple customers/projects in parallel.
• Strong expertise in Scrum and RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodologies.
• Skilled in using JIRA for project management.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Professional Services, Engineering, and Business Support).
• Excellent planning, execution, and organizational skills.
• MUST HAVE Big 4 management consulting background.
• Prefer experience in the healthcare industry.
