Work Arrangement: Onsite 4 days per week with some flexibility

We are looking for a contract Business Analyst with hospitality experience to support an Opera PMS enhancement project focused on improving guest check-in and check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements related to guest check-in/check-out workflows
• Work closely with hotel operations, IT, and the Project Manager
• Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements
• Support testing, validation, and stakeholder reviews
• ssist with process documentation and change support

• Experience as a Business Analyst in hospitality environments
• Experience supporting hotel or casino operations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Polished, professional presence with clear English communication
• Local to Las Vegas and available for onsite work

• Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS)
• Experience supporting system upgrades or operational improvements
