We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Copper Department. This role supports daily production by operating a Luscher machine and handling copper materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The right candidate will follow established procedures, monitor quality, and work closely with teammates to keep work moving efficiently and safely.

This position is well-suited for someone with some warehouse experience who is comfortable working with equipment, learning new processes, and contributing to a team-driven operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a Luscher machine according to work instructions and safety standards
• Load, unload, and handle copper materials throughout the production process
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Communicate issues, defects, or equipment concerns to leads or supervisors
• Support overall department goals by working collaboratively with the team

• 0-3 years of warehouse or production experience
• Comfort working around machinery and following detailed instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation (training provided)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
