About the Role:
The Patient Services Representative, under the Office Manager's direction, greets and registers patients, schedules appointments, and collects payments while providing supportive, responsive service to patients and visitors. Duties may vary depending on specific assignments within HICHC.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required-High school diploma or equivalent
- Required-Six months to one year related experience and/or training is required
- Greets new and returning patients and clients entering the health center and checks them in for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
- Updates patient records to verify contact information.
- Greets other visitors to the health center and directs them to the appropriate offices or individual staff.
