Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

Reporting to the Retail Director Japan, the Assistant Store Manager will curate an exceptional store experience that reflects the brand's heritage of elegance and craftsmanship. This pivotal role combines operational excellence with visionary leadership, ensuring every detail-from customer engagement to team development-embodies the brand's uncompromising standards.

Qualification:
Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality, with a minimum of three
years in a leadership role preferred.
• English at a business or advanced level; Business level in Japanese is preferable.
• Deep appreciation for luxury products, craftsmanship, and the nuances of customer engagement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Inspirational leadership capabilities, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS and CRM systems to support operational precision.
• Strategic mindset and consultative approach, ensuring every decision aligns with the brand's vision and values.

Location: Ala Moana ( Oahu)

Hours: 10AM-7PM( Business Hours)
